What you need to know about our delivery services
Free Delivery
Free delivery on orders meeting minimum thresholds. San Francisco orders over $300 qualify. See regional minimums above.
Order Cutoffs
Orders placed by 10:00 AM qualify for same-day delivery (where available). Orders after 10:00 AM are processed for next-day.
Liftgate Service
Don't have a loading dock? No problem. Liftgate service available for an additional $50 on qualifying orders.
White Glove Service
Need help unloading and organizing? Our white glove service includes placement at your specified location. Starting at $75.
Delivery Confirmation
Receive email and SMS confirmation upon delivery. Photos of delivered goods available upon request at no extra charge.
Quality Guarantee
Not happy with what you received? We'll pick it up and replace it or refund you. Our guarantee covers all deliveries.

Common questions about our delivery services
What if I'm not available when you deliver?
We contact you 30 minutes before arrival. If you are unavailable, we can leave items in a designated safe area or reschedule at no extra charge.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available for $75. Sunday delivery can be arranged for urgent orders at $125—call dispatch to confirm availability.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
All loads are inspected at loading. If anything is damaged in transit, we replace it at no charge within 24 hours of notification.
Can you deliver to a construction site?
Yes. Provide site contact info, gate codes, and placement instructions. We regularly deliver to active sites and warehouses.
How do I track my delivery?
Once dispatched you receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can also call our dispatch team at (415) 555-1234 for live updates.
What's your delivery cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free up to 4 hours before the time window. Later changes may incur a $50 truck allocation fee.
Do you offer liftgate or pallet jack service?
Yes, liftgate service and pallet jacks are available on request. Let us know when ordering so we can dispatch the right truck.
Can you coordinate pickups and deliveries in one stop?
We can combine a delivery with pickup of surplus packaging or recyclables when scheduled in advance for the same address.
What delivery windows do you offer?
Standard windows are 8–11 AM, 11 AM–2 PM, and 2–5 PM. Same-day orders use the next available window.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Ensure clear access for a box truck or flatbed, confirm receiving hours, and have someone available to sign or guide placement.
